SHIPMENT NOTICE: When shipped via Ground within the US, this item
is not deemed a Hazardous Material (ORM-D, Cartridges, Small, Arms) so
no HazMat fee applies. When shipped via AIR within the US, it is
reclassified as a Dangerous Good (Cartridges, Small Arms, Blank, UN0014)
and an additional Dangerous Goods handling fee will apply to the final
shipment cost. Ground shipments can be transported using either
FedEx®/UPS®. Air shipments are only via FedEx® Express Priority
Overnight.
ITAR NOTICE: Export of the
commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid
export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense
Trade Controls, prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms
Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130.
