Many of the items we offer (blank ammunition, pyrotechnics, props, etc.) are consumable goods and are affected by water, humidity, harsh chemicals and poor storage environments. Within reason, responsibility remains with the Buyer to ensure inventory is maintained in a favorable environment for storage and use. We cannot be expected to return or exchange those items which have been used, misused, submerged, broken, crushed or subjected to unfavorable conditions. Common sense is the primary superpower we utilize to inspect and honor - or deny - all returns.
Boland Production Supply, Inc. ("BOLANDFX") reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.
All ammunition and pyrotechnic sales are final, however, will gladly accept the return of/credit products that are inoperable due to concerns in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and shipped at no cost to the Buyer. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
We will NOT accept any returned merchandise that:
- is 1.4G, UN0431 or UN0432, Articles Pyrotechnic
- is 1.4S, UN0454, Igniters
- is an overage, excess or "left over" as a result of a show closing
- is not going to be used as the result of a change of script, screenplay, direction or budget
- has been opened
- is
returned in poor condition (per the discretion of BPS)
- was a special/custom order
- was ordered incorrectly
- is questionable or a hazard or other (per the discretion of BPS)
- is not compatible with the caliber/gauge of the firearm

Original
shipping charges are refundable only if the original item is found to be
defective. Shipping fees (i.e. Hazmat, Dangerous Goods, Saturday Delivery, etc.) levied by the courier are not refundable.
A five-percent 5% order cancellation fee applies to all orders and transactions captured on the webstore. We
invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even
before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the
phone with a sales associate, you agree you will be charged 5% Cancellation/Change fee if
you decide to cancel the order or substitute products. You will not be charged
any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. Our business is
not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these
changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.
