Certain items require specific shipment couriers, levels of delivery service and specific fees. Certain carriers will not transport items we offer. We will notify you of these at the time of processing your order.
Shipping Restrictions on Blank and Live Ammunition
You must be 21 or older to purchase blank ammunition found within this site. Ammunition can be shipped Domestic Ground carrier or via FedEx AIR service (fees apply). Residents of DC, DE, IL, NJ, NY and OH, may have additional restrictions - see below for more information. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearms. Check your state and local laws for any other applicable firearms and ammunition regulations. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammo. Please check local laws before ordering.
We cannot ship ammunition to the following:

- International Addresses

ALASKA
- No ammunition or primer shipments.
CALIFORNIA (BLANKS ARE NOT REGULATED)
- No live ammunition, or primer shipments to:
- City of Los Angeles
- City of Oakland
- City of San Francisco
- San Francisco County
- City of Sacramento
No Ammunition feeding devices over 10 rounds. No Tracer or incendiary ammunition. Note STREAK Visual Ammunition is not a tracer or Incendiary round.
LIVE Ammunition shipments must go to one of the following:
A licensed ammunition vendor with a copy of their license on file
– A Federally licensed dealer (FFL) with a copy of their license on file
– A type 03 FFL (C&R) with a certificate of eligibility (COE) and both licenses on file
– A gun range that will keep the ammunition on their premises
– A law enforcement agency with written authorization from the head of the agency stating that the ammunition is for official use
- A sworn peace officer, as defined in Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 830) of Title 3 of Part 2, or sworn federal law enforcement officer, who is authorized to carry a firearm in the course and scope of the officers' duties.-A person enrolled in the basic training academy for peace officers or any other course certified by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training, an instructor of the academy or course, or a staff member of the academy or entity providing the course, who is purchasing the ammunition.- Blank Shipments - OK to ship blank ammo per CA PENAL CODE: Section 16150(a)
CONNECTICUT
- You can place your order but prior to shipping we require a copy of your State of Connecticut issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license

HAWAII
- Shipment via FedEx Priority Overnight and classified as a Dangerous Good. Additional fees apply. Call for more information. No LIVE ammunition, primer or powder shipments permitted.
ILLINOIS
AND DRIVERS LICENSE
- Cook County - No blank ammunition, live ammunition, or primer shipments.
- Elsewhere - Any resident purchasing live ammunition within or outside the State of Illinois must provide the seller with a copy of his or her valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card (FOID) or valid concealed carry license and either his or her Illinois driver's license or Illinois State Identification Card prior to the shipment of the ammunition. The ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of those two documents.

- We can ship to NJ after certain requirements are met. Prior to ordering live handgun ammunition, we require the submissions of the buyers' firearms/ammunition ID (FPID) card.

- Five Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island) - No blank ammunition, live ammunition, or primer shipments.
- We can ship to companies in NY registered as a FFL. Prior to ordering, we will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please contact us regarding this if desire to ship to an FFL. Please call us at (863) 324-7784 to place your order.
- No blank ammunition, live ammunition, or component shipments.
Some states impose legal restrictions regarding commerce in or ownership of replica firearms. The following shipping restrictions represent company policy and should not be considered legal advice to customers. Specific information regarding shipping restrictions is available on most official state websites or directly through offices of state secretaries or state legislatures.
California & Kansas
Imitation Firearms, regardless of date, may only be shipped in conjunction with a frame or presentation box; or solely for export in interstate or foreign commerce; or solely for lawful use in theatrical productions; or for use in certified sporting events or competitions; or for use in military or civil defense or ceremonial activities; or for public display authorized by public or private schools.
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Wisconsin & Minnesota:
All replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will not ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to these states. We ship all other catalog items to customers in these jurisdictions.
New York State & Puerto Rico:
Replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed excluding New York City (all 5 Boroughs). We will only ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to theatrical, military, police or other government accounts with valid proof of account identity. A copy of a valid purchase order will suffice.
New York City:
All firearm replicas are restricted, including toy cap guns, unless the toy gun is brightly colored, or translucent.
Outside the US:
Due to the nature of our products, we require all exportation requests to contact our office directly.
Shipment restrictions and government permits are required to export our inventory to foreign countries, including Canada and Mexico, in accordance with ITAR obtained through the US Department of State. Visit https://www.pmddtc.state.gov/regulations_laws/itar.html for more information.
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment to a foreign destination.Carriers reserve the right to inspect, refuse and delay any item offered for carriage. We are not responsible, nor liable, for any delay caused by the carrier, inclement weather, Dangerous Goods compliance and other unforeseen transportation issues this might cause once the package is tendered to the carrier.
In the event of a carrier service failure for shipments containing Dangerous Goods, carriers reserve the right to refund only the freight charges for the shipment. Per the discretion of the carrier, the Customer is still liable for any fees associated with transporting Dangerous Goods.
