Shipping Restrictions on Blank Ammunition
You must be 21 or older to purchase blank ammunition found within this site. Ammunition can be shipped Domestic Ground carrier or via FedEx AIR service (fees apply). Residents of DC, DE, IL, NY and OH, may have additional restrictions - see below for more information. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearms. Check your state and local laws for any other applicable firearms and ammunition regulations. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammo. Please check local laws before ordering.
We cannot ship ammunition to the following:
- District of Columbia
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO Addresses
- International Addresses
- U.S. Territories
- U.S. addresses having zip codes beginning with (606, 607, 608)
- U.S. addresses having zip codes beginning with (100, 101, 102)
ALASKA - No ammunition or primer shipments.
CALIFORNIA - OK to ship blank ammo per CA PENAL CODE: Section 16150(a)
CONNECTICUT - A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows date of birth and photograph.
HAWAII - No ammunition or primer shipments.
ILLINOIS - Any resident purchasing ammunition within or outside the State of Illinois must provide the seller with a copy of his or her valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card (FOID) or valid concealed carry license and either his or her Illinois driver's license or Illinois State Identification Card prior to the shipment of the ammunition. The ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of those two documents.

Some states impose legal restrictions regarding commerce in or ownership of replica firearms. The following shipping restrictions represent company policy and should not be considered legal advice to customers. Specific information regarding shipping restrictions is available on most official state websites or directly through offices of state secretaries or state legislatures.
California & Kansas
Imitation Firearms, regardless of date, may only be shipped in conjunction with a frame or presentation box; or solely for export in interstate or foreign commerce; or solely for lawful use in theatrical productions; or for use in certified sporting events or competitions; or for use in military or civil defense or ceremonial activities; or for public display authorized by public or private schools.
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Wisconsin & Minnesota:
All replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will not ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to these states. We ship all other catalog items to customers in these jurisdictions.
New York State & Puerto Rico:
Replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed excluding New York City (all 5 Boroughs). We will only ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to theatrical, military, police or other government accounts with valid proof of account identity. A copy of a valid purchase order will suffice.
New York City:
All firearm replicas are restricted, including toy cap guns, unless the toy gun is brightly colored, or translucent.
Outside the US:
Due to the nature of our products, we require all exportation requests to contact our office directly.
Shipment restrictions and government permits are required to export our inventory to foreign countries, including Canada and Mexico, in accordance with ITAR obtained through the US Department of State. Carriers reserve the right to inspect, refuse and delay any item offered for carriage. We are not responsible, nor liable, for any delay caused by the carrier, inclement weather, Dangerous Goods compliance and other unforeseen transportation issues this might cause once the package is tendered to the carrier.
In the event of a carrier service failure for shipments containing Dangerous Goods, carriers reserve the right to refund only the freight charges for the shipment. Per the discretion of the carrier, the Customer is still liable for any fees associated with transporting Dangerous Goods.
